Ask Google for help. Yes, I know that's an oxymoron, Google doesn't do customer service for a reason. Most companies find it easier to ignore problems with their customers than to do anything.

Sign up for Google ads...they roll out a red carpet and even call you first to check up or offer free tutorial by a human on new features.

I've spoken to customer support at Google several times for their music service and ChromeOS.

I've called Google customer support, it was fine. Guy knew nothing more than I did, but we worked together to figure something out for me.
