This is the coolest web tech I have seen in a while.
I am actually not super convinced on the usecase of being able to edit the code at any time, but simply being able to copy it is already so much added value over traditional video course material.
I will definitely be checking out the possibilities with this.
A good usecase is for when you are learning something through the video and can play with it right there. Khan Academy uses something similar and it is awesome.
