Community transitions to irc.libera.chat seem to be starting and things are happening step by step.

Note that currently irc.libera.chat is under a lot of load, and might take some time to get things organized/get load sorted/etc.

As a minor upside: I'm seeing people live who possibly haven't actually been online for a long while!
