Anxiety too in my personal experience. I have an iOS shortcut on my Lock Screen that launches the music app with brown noise on loop and 80% volume. Combined with noise cancelling headphones my life outside is usually very peaceful.
BTW, there's a built in accessibility feature in iOS called background sounds. It does rain and various noise types. And it can be added to the lock screen.
