Did you expect he'd never be found guilty? I don't know where this kind of cynicism is coming from. I'd be absolutely shocked if he's sentenced to less than 5 years. I expect him to actually get north of 15 years.

I was guessing he would get in the neighborhood of at least half or so of Bernie Madoff 150 years since the dollar amount is so high.
