The project must be something you've worked on personally and which you're around to discuss.
I admittedly had a hard time understanding what exactly it is, as the title of this topic describes it as a "Pxe Netboot Manager". However, it is not just a PXE implementation, rather it uses iPXE for that.
The core feature seems to be a collection of network-bootable installers (and tools) like a swiss pocket knife. So it's much less about the "boot manager" itself, rather than its collection of installers.
