Current tooling around running evaluations, performing fine-tuning are broken. They are built by optimists, dreamers, and in many cases, brilliant engineers. But they're building tools for a world that doesn't exist - a world where data comes in as pre-cleaned JSONs that are perfectly labeled and ready to use.
Cyyrus transforms unstructured data into usable datasets. We want to do for datasets, what Terraform did for infrastructure.
The current package is experimental and built over the weekend to understand if terraforming datasets is viable. Terraform made infrastructure sexy. We believe a tool like Cyyrus can make data transformation sexy as well.
Would love to know if our approach resonates with you? Or is it completely off base :D
However, I like the problem space, and think you should keep attacking the problem.
