Weird to raise $100M and not announce it for almost a year, imo. But the fund leading the round is also crypto-focussed, which doesn’t seem like it would go down well with large swathes of the user base.

Not to mention it's Bain Capital, didn't think we'd reach the PE stage so quickly.
