I am building a different thing for connecting with others at irl spaces.
A quick scroll of your site makes me think:
A video shows someone meeting someone at a convention vendor table - they quickly discover they have alignment.
A person (maybe both!) - saw let me loop in my assistant, pulls out cell phone, taps Payo icon and starts talking 'Pauly I am speaking with Tom from Sells thing I need.. [put's biz card under phone].. details captured.. Tom says we can connect in two weeks and is offering me a 15% discount if we close a deal by end of month'
this:
Structured deal notes. Founder names, stages, asks, your impression — all organized and searchable
Id remove the word founder..
becomes a video showing the screen which is like a tinder swipe with a card style for each contact.. swipe up shows suggested email to send - auto connected to gmail or whatever - one tap to edit a thing and schedule send along with calendar invite.. swipes to next contact card..
CRM is eh.. a personal assistant that remembers everyone, inserts info and connects - auto handles calendar and prewrites - it connects to your other CRMs..
I think people who see 'another CRM' already disregard learning about it..
I'd put dealmakers at the top of who this is for .. starting with founders and how it's supposed to work for them will push away the broader market.
I would add more integrations stuff, I would be more include to try it for a few months if I saw icons for integrate with google calendar, outlook, hubspot, etc
as much as I'd love a new CRM that is easy to use, (especially because hubspot is terribly not easy, and others have issues) - I think most can't imagine spending time trying to learn something else that is likely to miss the needs..
If I was going to consider another CRM - the ability to export into other formats is top of mind - can't have lock in.
I’ve run into this problem a lot, I meet people at events and forget most of them because there’s no context saved. For me, it would only work if logging someone takes just a few seconds.
I’d also find it more useful if it helped after the event too, like reminding me who to follow up with. Maybe something like quick voice notes + automatic follow-up nudges could solve that.
